The right atrioventricular valve, also known as the tricuspid valve, is part of the valvular complex of the heart. It is one of the two atrioventricular valves and functions to separate the right atrium from the right ventricle. The Right atrioventricular valve has three leaflets: the anterior, posterior and septal leaflets.
