Left Coronary Artery
- Left coronary artery: This is the artery that originates from the left side of the Aorta. Most commonly, it bifurcates into two different arteries: the circumflex artery and the left anterior descending artery. It supplies oxygenated blood to the left part of the heart. (1,3)
Anterior interventricular artery
- Anterior interventricular artery: This artery originates from the left main coronary artery, descends along the interventricular sulcus, and gives rise to other important branches. (1,2,3)
- Conal branch of anterior interventricular artery: It is a small branch from the anterior interventricular artery that supplies the conus arteriosus, which is part of the right ventricle of the heart. (1,3)
- Anterior ventricular branches of anterior interventricular artery: These branches of the anterior ventricular artery supply the anterior wall of the heart(2,3)
- Diagonal branch of anterior interventricular artery: Most commonly, this artery branches off diagonally from the anterior interventricular artery to supply blood to the left side of the heart.(1,3)
- Septal branches of anterior interventricular artery: These arteries branch off the anterior interventricular artery to supply a significant portion of the wall that divides the left and right ventricles of the heart, also known as the interventricular septum. (1, 3)
Circumflex artery of heart
- Circumflex artery of heart: The circumflex artery curves around the heart, supplying blood to the left atrium and the side and back of the left ventricle. (1,2,3)
- Atrial branches of circumflex artery of heart: Atrial branches of circumflex artery of heart: The atrial branches of the circumflex artery supply blood to the left atrium of the heart. (2,3)
- Atrial anastomotic branch of circumflex artery of heart: The atrial anastomotic branch is a connecting branch between the circumflex artery and other arteries supplying the left atrium.
- Left marginal branch of circumflex artery of heart: The left marginal branch of the circumflex artery supplies blood to the lateral wall of the left ventricle. (1,2,3)
- Inferior left ventricular branch of circumflex artery of heart: The inferior left ventricular branch of the circumflex artery descends to the inferior wall of the left ventricle, supplying it with blood. (2,3)
- Atrial branches of circumflex artery of heart: Atrial branches of circumflex artery of heart: The atrial branches of the circumflex artery supply blood to the left atrium of the heart. (2,3)
